To book any type of event there is a non-refundable deposit of $150. You will receive a personalized and detailed contract containing information about location, payment arrangements and details of what to expect from us.

Weddings

For weddings, we offer a number of specialized services. Using premier notation software, we can arrange your favorite song that you would love to have performed at your wedding and provide you with copy of the score. For elaborate and very involved ceremonies, we can observe your rehearsal to ensure a perfectly executed appearance.

Trio

  • Standard Wedding Ceremony or First Hour: $585
  • Mass/Religious Service and Wedding Ceremony: $705
  • Cocktail Hour (following Ceremony) and Each Additional Hour: $255

Quartet

  • Standard Wedding Ceremony or First Hour: $730
  • Mass/ Religious Service and Wedding Ceremony: $890
  • Cocktail Hour (following Ceremony) and Each Additional Hour: $310

Prices are reduced by 10% for December through March weddings (Excluding December 31st and January 1st)

Events

Parties typically include the group arriving to a location 15 minutes early for setup. We ask for a cleared area with one armless chair per player and a safe, out of sight, place to store our cases. We will play light baroque, classical and background music for the duration of your party. We take one 5 minute break every hour.

Trio

  • First Hour: $440
  • Each Additional Hour: $200

Quartet

  • First Hour: $590
  • Each Additional Hour: $275

Special Services

These are some of the special services that we offer. Prices on these vary depending on the specifics of the situations. Feel free to inquire about specifics of what is listed here or other services that you may be looking for.

  • Live Preview - Some customers feel comfortable selecting a group only after hearing a live performance. Unfortunately, most of our performance venues are private in nature and, therefore, not appropriate for advertising (in other words, we do not invite prospective customers to others’ weddings or parties.) However, we do offer to coordinate a relaxed rehearsal for you to hear us play. Wedding customers have found this time useful in selecting ceremony music and being able to hear arrangements in our repertoire
  • Travel - We rarely have to charge for travel to events in Connecticut. However, online advertising has broadened our market from surrounding towns to all of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island. Travel rates are charged after mile 45 at a rate of $. 50 a mile, per person, according to Google times and directions from zip code 06492.
  • On site extra rehearsal - We welcome the opportunity to work with musicians outside of our group. Often the best time to coordinate a rehearsal is early on the day of the event. Typically, a one hour rehearsal is more than sufficient preparation. Rehearsals with outside musicians cost an extra $25 person in our group.
  • Rehearsal attendance- Usually it is not necessary for a group member to attend the wedding rehearsal. However, if a members presence is requested or necessary we will send one representative and an additional rate.
  • CD Production - We can record and produce a CD of music played at your event. Arrangements for this type of service range greatly. A previous rate was $300 for 10 copies of a 7 track CD of previously unrecorded material. Any of these CDs must comply with copyright laws.
  • Custom Arrangements - Selections that we do not have in our repertoire and are not available for purchase can be arranged for prices ranging from $50-$85 per song. Please notify us at least 3 weeks in advance of any custom music.
