1. How do I proceed to book Divina Artisti for my date?
Fill out our Contact form on our website to schedule a Zoom call to get started!
2. Where are you willing to travel?
Yes, we have full staffing to all of New York, New England, Florida, California, regionally, and internationally.
3. Do you play outdoors?
Yes, we all play instruments that are portable to all locations. It is necessary to be mindful of weather as these instruments are extremely fragile. We are happy to make all situations workable. If you are having a dance band or DJ for your reception we do require a stage and covering.
4. I have many songs that are special to me. Can you learn specific songs?
Yes, this is our specialty and we will arrange 3 custom songs for your ceremony and learn 1 custom first dance song for your reception.
5. When do you arrive?
We will arrive 60 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, 4-6 hours before a reception for a dance band or DJ.
6. Will you perform with a guest singer or instrumentalist?
Yes! We are frequently asked to perform with a guest or family friend. A rehearsal is a requirement, which we will ask to schedule about 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony. This is available for a small upcharge.
7. Which parts of the Ceremony do you perform for?
The Pre-ceremony: This usually begins 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts. The Processional: The formal start of the ceremony (the seating of the grandparents/parents, the bridal party processional/ bride entrance). We recommend one piece of music for the bridal party and then a piece for the bride. We also recommend during the ceremony either after readings, or during the unity candle, sand ceremony, communion, or during prayers. The Recessional: The end of the ceremony that signifies time for celebration with lively, and joyous upbeat music. The Postlude: After the exit of the couple a postlude offers 5-10 minutes of transitional music for guests to move to the reception. In total, this usually lasts between 45-60 minutes
8. Do you attend the Rehearsal?
It is not usual or necessary for us to attend your rehearsal. But we can also supply entertainment for your rehearsal dinner or Sunday brunch.
9. Are you insured?
Yes! We carry full liability insurance with a coverage of $1,000,00. We can also put your venues name on the policy as per their requirements. Some venues require this and are more than happy to accommodate them for you for a small upcharge.
